Upon announcement of their Wedding, I was requested to create a Wedding Mandala that expressed their love and the start of their future life together.

 

My questions to them were "Who are you? What is important to you? Favorite colors, pastimes, etc. What is it about my style that appeals to you?

The background is constructed of six geometric pink hearts. When transformed around the circle they create a Jewish Star. 

​

Gold and Pink were her favorite colors. Scrapbooking was her favorite hobby. Note the paper flower with diamonds. Within, see the art deco starry-eyed couple, wrapped in his father's tallis like at the ceremony. 

 

Her favorite red roses grow in their garden of love. Chanukah is their favorite family holiday. Their combined family of seven children are symbolized in The Tree Of Life. Israel was their honeymoon destination. He is a Pharmacist and she wears pink slippers, that were given to all the wedding guests to wear for the ceremony. The house is their new residence together and he wanted a secret message to her included.
